What's new
1/18/07 - We have updated the Photo Album section.
12/21/06 - Once again we went to our favorite close by getaway at Wilderness Lodge Waterpark in Wisconsin Dells. We enjoyed the company of Grandpa Julian, Uncle Norman Aunt Lisa and beloved cousins Evan and Adina.
Enzo recently included us in his “new” endeavor, kiting. Sofia and Sebastian learned how to fly the 10ft kite and literally got carried away in the gusty November wind! After being picked up from the wind, Sebastian was intent on holding on to daddy so he wouldn’t fly away.
Also urgent care staff now knows us by name when we walk through the door. Over one month Sebastian got three staples in his head, Sofia fractured her little toe and had 4 teeth removed! What a big month for mom and dad. We learned that our kids are incredibly resilient and to be grateful that we have good health.
We are also blessed to have our favorite uncle back with us, Tio Marcelo. After four months he returned from basic training for the Army. Way to go Tio Melo!
And lastly we are lucky to continue to have Grandpa Julian with us. You can see he really enjoys having his head scratched (yeah, now some one else can take over!). Here are some
pictures
10/30/06 - Here are some pictures of my Brother Marcelo in the US Army. (more

10/21/06 - We had our Halloween party today. Sofia and Sebastian had some friends over for some scary fun. Here are some pictures. More will follow soon.
8/11/06 - We were fortunate to travel to beautiful Door County , WI in July. We stayed 7 days at the East Shorewood Cottages in Baileys Harbor. Searching the web for a great place really paid off. The cottages had just enough space and amenities, a beautiful view of our beach and lake and we meet really friendly people.
The drive was long but thanks to our friends, Matt and Inna, who lent us a portable DVD player, we managed (this was our longest trip in a car as a family). Most of our time was spent on the grounds of our cabin. We had everything we needed. A clean lake, a sandy beach, a canoe, campfires nightly, a play area and mowed grass to have picnics on and fly our kites.
We also visited Sister Bay (spent most of our time at the playground), Peninsula State Park and of course Bailey’s Harbor, where we spent 4th of July.
Even though I pulled a back muscle the second day we still enjoyed ourselves (Enzo needed a vacation from our vacation by the end of the trip… but as usual he was a trooper).
Particularly nice were the campfires in the evening. Sebastian experienced his first smores and we meet Jaime and Mark Moran, Grandma and kids,
Tyler and Kate from Galena WI. It was hard to leave the beauty and relaxation of Door County, but of course we had to come back to our reality in Madison. We are hooked on Door County!
Here are some photos of our trip to Door County Wisconsin. Enjoy.
